UCCXA: Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Advanced

Building on the knowledge base and scripting experience learned in CRSD /UCCXD classes, this course covers advanced techniques in scripting and overall CRS functionality. During this four-day class students implement such things as extending the functionality of UCCX using many of the tools that are already available in the premium version of the product. Expect to spend time exploring the Agent Desktop Interface and the Desktop Administrator to invoke behaviors that involve Third Party applications and web based apps like: Web Callback Option and Leave a Message in Queue. There will be a major focus on Scripting and Subsystem management.

ICM Part 1: Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager Part 1

This 5-day course is intended for personnel within the contact center environment who will have day-to-day interaction with the ICM/NAM products from Cisco. The course covers ICM/NAM configuration, basic scripting, and basic reporting, as well as an overview of the ICM product, routing, pre, post and translation routing.

ICM Part 2: Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager Part 2

This course provides ICM System Administrators, Maintenance personnel and Cisco partners the knowledge and experience necessary to install, set-up, support and troubleshoot the Cisco ICM/NAM system. Students will install and configure: Windows 2000 SQL Server, InfoMaker, and associated Service Packs along with the Cisco ICM software including the optional products for SQL Gateway; Application Gateway; WebView Servers and a Historical Data Server. The course is designed so that the ICM software is installed in a NAM environment (one NAM enterprise and two Customer ICM enterprises.

ICM Bootcamp: Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager Bootcamp (ICM Part 1 & 2)

This 5-day course is intended for personnel within the call center environment who will have day-to-day interaction with the ICM product from Cisco. The course starts with an overview of ICM and spends several days performing ICM configuration, basic scripting and basic reporting- building a duplexed ICM system from the ground up to accommodate 2 geographically dispersed Contact Centers. The course also spends time on installation and troubleshooting of components to include Web View, Internet Script Editor (ISE), Peripheral Gateway (PG) installation, database schema overview, external database connectivity and configuration, hot fix installation, and command line troubleshooting (rttest, opctest, procmon, dumplog).
