A Division of Communications primary responsibility is to act as the communications contact point between the citizen and the public safety agencies. They must accurately and efficiently identify the location and the needs of the citizen in order to provide the necessary public safety services and communication support.

Additonal Information

Being part of the public safety team requires people who can react and respond appropriately regardless of the situation at hand. Our training courses focus on the critical areas and demands of the tele-communicator. We provide the training needed to enhance a tele-communicator’s skills, so they may deliver quality performance.
