About EMS Training

We offer convenient night classes to avoid interfering with work schedules. We also provide on-site group training at your location for no additional charge if you are within our geographical area. Otherwise a small mileage-based fee is added. Our certifications are a TWO year CPR and AED Certification and a two year Basic First Aid certification. (Red Cross is only valid for ONE year.)

Classes and Cost

Adult, Child and/or Infant CPR and AED for Business and Community Price $65.00 (2 year Certification)

This is a 3 hour course for professionals and community. This program helps employers meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work. This training program is designed for individuals in the workplace and community that require or desire basic CPR and AED skills and is not intended for individuals in the healthcare field. Basic First Aid for Business and Community Price $30.00 (2 year Certification)

This is a 2 1/2 hour course. This program is designed for individuals in the community that require or desire a basic knowledge and first aid skills. This new Basic First Aid for Community and Workplace will help employers meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work. Students learn to apply first aid skills to save lives and reduce recovery time. It is recommended for emergency response teams in business and industry such as school bus drivers, adult residential care personnel, childcare workers, teachers, parents and babysitters.

Adult, Child and/or Infant CPR, AED PLUS Basic First Aid for Business and Community Price $85.00. (2 year Certification)

This is a 6 hour course that combines both basic first aid for business and community and adult, child and/or infant CPR and AED.

ASHI Emergency Medical Response – Price $350.00
This is a 48 hour (five day course). (This course is formally known as First Responder) Emergency Medical Response for Adults in the Workplace is a combined CPR, AED, and basic first aid training program designed specifically to arm laypersons with the minimum knowledge and skills necessary to provide emergency care for suddenly ill or injured adults during the usually brief interval between the incident and arrival of emergency medical care professionals.

CPR Pro for the Professional Rescuer Price $85.00

ASHI CPR for the Professional Rescuer is designed for healthcare providers and first responders inside and outside the hospital. This is a 5 hour class. The program covers sudden cardiac arrest, heart attack, and stroke; foreign body airway obstruction; CPR and AED training. ASHI students will also be able to utilize either a traditional print (classroom) or digital-book format. The digital book version of the CPR PRO is PROVIDED with the cost of the course, will give students anytime access to the same reference materials as contained in the print version. CPR PRO has been approved for training for Emergency Medical Services personnel and is accepted by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).

CPR PRO Refresher Price $60.00

CPR PRO refresher training is intended for healthcare professionals who currently hold ASHI CPR PRO certification that will expire soon or for those who feel they need to update their skills to be more confident in emergency situations. If your current ASHI certification has expired, or if you currently hold a certification other than ASHI, you are not eligible for this refresher course. Participants must have their current ASHI card with them for this training.

Bloodborne Pathogens Price $40.00

ASHI Bloodborne Pathogens awareness program includes information that will help students understand what Bloodborne pathogens are and how risks of exposure can be reduced for themselves and others. The program assists in satisfying the training requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. BBP is recommended for any employee who has a reasonable anticipation of contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials because of performing designated job duties, including but not limited to, healthcare workers, public safety personnel,housekeeping and custodial workers, educational and correctional workers, and first aid providers.

Emergency Oxygen (O2) Administration Price $40.00

This course teaches the proper administration of oxygen during emergency situations. Emergency oxygen is now available without a prescription, and is a great tool in an emergency situation. In this course, the use of oxygen administration equipment is practiced, as well as the handling and maintenance of oxygen tanks. Textbook and ASHI certification card provided.

Pet First Aid Price $50.00

The class is about 5 to 6 hours of instruction including practical skills. Pet First Aid is a class that is intended for anyone that is interested in caring for their pet during an emergency. The class is intended for dog and cat lovers with little to no pet first aid experience. This class is fun and informative for teens and adults with plenty of individual instructor time. Students will learn in a classroom environment and will also get information to take home to help them prepare for an emergency or a disaster for their dog or cat.


This is an intensive 18 hour course for those who are involved in wilderness recreation, participants learn how to handle any emergency when medical resources are not close by. Topics such as water safety, environmental emergencies, snakebites, and more are covered. Advanced splinting and bandaging techniques are practiced. Full textbook and ASHI certification card


This is a 16 to 20 hour course for those who are involved in serious wilderness activities. This course is the choice of many wilderness trip leaders and guides.

Child & Babysitting Safety (CABS) Price $60.00

The Child and Babysitting Safety program is a community education program that covers child safety and basic care techniques for infants and children. CABS stresses the priority to keep you and the children you care for safe. Babysitting is not just “watching” the children, but being responsible for their safety and well being. When you are caring for a child, you are taking care of a parent(s) most prized possession. Everything in their home and your own home can be replaced— everything, that is, except a child .

Additional Information

Everyone who has a newborn or young child, or cares for one, should take measures to protect them. Learn the skills of CPR, first aid, heat illnesses, choking, allergic reactions, breathing problems, poisoning, burns and more. Learn the ways to keep your baby safe and secure by learning how to child-proof your home.
