Can other people access my account information?
No. You are given a unique login name and password to access your Teens information.
Can I track my Teen Driving anywhere?
Yes! MFTTC’s monitor utilizes AT&T as our wireless service. Therefore, we are able to track anywhere within the United States that has wireless service for your monitor.
Where should I place the GPS tracker in my teen’s vehicle?
All monitors require a clear path to satellite signals. We recommend placing your monitor in an area of your car within view of a window.
How does the monitoring system work?
The tracking device obtains location coordinates (fixes), speed, and course from GPS satellites. These coordinates are transmitted via a wireless phone network to the server when they are only a few seconds old. Parents then view real-time location, speed, and direction information on our online map.
This means that you will know where your teen drivers are, where they've been, when they arrive, when they depart, and where they are heading. Furthermore, this information is stored and can be used to create reports that help you monitor your teens driving and respond quickly to any operating concerns.
How is the monitor installed?
No Installation: How easy is this!!!
Our monitors are mobile devices, simply charge the monitor with the wall charger it comes with, set it somewhere that has access to the open sky and start tracking. As long as the mobile unit is charged it will keep tracking. And if you go out of the AT&T coverage area, no problem! As soon as you are in range, the monitor will automatically reconnect and continue reporting!
How do I access my teens driving?
You are provided with a user guide that describes the “how to’s” and also provided with a customer support number for any other questions.
You will be provided with a User ID and a personal access code. You will log onto My Florida Training and Testing Center’s website at www.MyFloridaTrainingCenter.com/teen and click on for Active Users. A pop-up screen will appear and you will enter your user id and password and begin monitoring. Your monitor will be identified as T and a number. Example: T2 or T3.
How do I get started?
Call 850.769.1010. We will email you an agreement and enroll you in the Youth Monitoring Program. Your monitor will ship the same day if we receive your agreement before 3:00PM CST.
You can select how long you wish to monitor your teen driver. Our rates are straight forward. There are no tricks or gimmicks. The more months you elect to monitor the more you save. There are no additional costs involved other than shipping costs. Next day shipping is $22.00.
A REFUNDABLE security deposit of $150.00 is required and returned upon receipt of equipment on/ before due date, equipment received in the same operating condition delivered, without any defects, and/ or any outstanding late fees or penalty charges.
